Our work:
Engaged by the leadership team to get a new end-to-end freight handling system project back on track and realize the substantial business benefits from a successful implementation. Worked closely with the project team using our Blue Box Leader Program to support team leaders define a new ‘operations excellence’ workplace culture; map out the project interdependencies to deal with bottlenecks; install a new governance structure; rework the go-live scope and roll out plan; undertake greater process simplification to support the platform build; and create a new change management plan, far more focused on customers. The Project went live on time, on budget and exceeded expectations in terms of benefits and as a vehicle for cultural change.
