We focused on aligning the business units, getting partner buy-in for a major offshoring IT project and ensuring that the planned benefits were captured through the integration and the execution of multiple sub projects. We re-designed the transformation project’s governance structure to enable stronger alignment and quicker decision making; ensured the cross business unit project interdependencies were mapped and helped put in place an enterprise-wide reporting process to captured benefits and mitigate risks.
