Our work:
Retained to work with the joint CEOs and the Board to assist them to ensure all stakeholders were aligned on the ‘work of strategy’. Additionally, as neither of the joint CEOs had previously managed the Board interface, we worked closely with the Chairman and the CEOs on developing their joint capability to work together, ensure that the CEOs were equipped to manage the interface with the board and effectively lead the joint venture.
