Our work:

The Chief of Marketing’s strategy was to capture the market place benefits of digital. New team members were hired from outside both McDonald’s and the Quick Service Restaurant sector. Our brief was to accelerate the development and effectiveness of the new marketing team. Using our innovative Leader Led Change model we designed a High Performing Team program.  This involved on boarding the new team; re-purposing the marketing function and rapidly aligning team members; developing a plan to execute the digitally focused marketing strategy; ensuring role clarity for both the team overall and the individual members; and, implementing individual and team coaching sessions to accelerate the capability development and effectiveness of the new marketing executives and support execution. After 2 years, retention reached 100% and the function exceeding performance expectations.
