The newly appointed chair wanted to ensure that the board was operating productively and effectively and inline with ‘world’s best’ practice. Over a three-year period, we advised on how to systematically review and improve different aspects of their operations including the contribution, work of the board and the directors, expectation setting and effectiveness of the board / leadership team interface, meeting effectiveness including agenda, decision making, information flow and board papers. The program was rated by the Board as an outstanding success.
