Worked with the CEO of a publicly listed company on the Indian Stock Exchange to develop the strategic planning, leadership and teamwork capabilities to build on her already outstanding ability to manage the day-to-day operations. Used our Leader Led Change Model to frame the coaching process, which focused on a new strategy story to map the strategic direction of the organization. People accountability and team meetings were used as a tool to help break down the hierarchical mindset of the business. To meet the challenge of growing a business, we helped her define the organization capabilities to allow the existing business to operate effectively and remain profitable, while opening new restaurants every week.
