Business and project leads from the world’s largest oil producer, Saudi Aramco and leading US based petrochemical company, Dow, tasked with delivering a major global JV in downstream petrochemicals on a US40b fully integrated single site, located in Saudi Arabia
Together with the two business leads, we scoped out the capabilities (structure, governance, leadership) required to build a single integrated and dynamic organization. Following an organization effectiveness review, new project directors and an organization and governance system were implemented. Organization capability design workshops were held in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Houston, Redding and Dubai. Today, Sadara, represents a unique alliance between Dow and Saudi Aramco, a game changer in the chemical industry.
